Kalangaro Mityana, Uganda – Amidst an atmosphere heavy with sorrow and remembrance, Humphrey Mayanja, a cherished figure known for his courage and resilience, was bid farewell today as he was laid to rest at his ancestral burial grounds.
Humphrey’s journey, marked by a valiant battle against cancer, brought him back to his homeland from the United States. Throughout his illness, his family, friends, and relatives stood by him, providing unwavering support until his passing on March 30th.
Today, in a poignant ceremony, Humphrey Mayanja was given his final farewell in the serene surroundings of Kalangaro Mityana. The burial was attended by a multitude of Ugandan celebrities, including Spice Diana, Bebe Cool, Zuena Kirema, and numerous others, who gathered to honour their dear friend’s memory.
